The holidays are coming up and I wanted to check in with you to see how you have been doing this crazy year. Thanksgiving and the holiday season are also a time for me to reflect on my life and journal who/what I am grateful for this year!
I also want to share my update with you from “The Hilltop” to share and a special gift just for you!
Do you have the ATTITUDE of GRATITUDE?
As you may have heard, Neal and I moved to North San Diego this past summer. We found the perfect house for us east of Solana Beach and Rancho Santa Fe- just west of Escondido with a 360’ view from our amazing and magical “Hilltop”. I hope to start health and wellness individual long weekend retreats next year to help clients feel their best and live their best life.
My business focus went from owning a fitness and wellness studio for the past ten years (close October 1st, 2019!) to now health and fitness online coaching with a very comprehensive health detective individualized program to help driven, ambitious individuals get their body and vibrant life back. I see so many people struggling to get their desired results as they are stuck in the cycle of “trial and error” – instead I look at the WHOLE picture by investigating what is actually going on by running well-chosen functional lab tests and correlating with nutritional therapy, genetics and other assessments in a comprehensive self-paced online coaching program!

As a result of my health journey and watching so many others struggle with weight loss and low energy, I recently set out on a new career path that feels very right, clear, and inspiring – it’s the purpose in life I’m meant to fulfill and I didn’t even realize it was until I was faced with my own health issues and recently started to feel better, and now I want to help you live your healthiest and best life too!
Since the pandemic began in March, I was “forced” to focus my energy 100% on helping other individuals burn fat, optimize health, and improve their performance in life. As I shared in my book, LIFE IS NOT A RACE- IT IS A JOURNEY, I struggled with “sudden” overwhelming fatigue, weight gain and depression. I was trying to do all the “right” things, but I struggled to figure out what was actually going on with me. Since my health transformational journey started in 2013, I have discovered what my purpose and passion is today.
Last December 2019, I finally became a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® Practitioner (aka advanced health coach) so that I could get to the bottom of my own health issues, and in turn to help busy, health-minded people like you get your hands on the right lab tests and resources needed to find the missing pieces of your health puzzle so you can finally fix what’s wrong and get back to feeling like yourself again too.
Now, I combine my over 25 plus years as a health and fitness coach with my health training over the past ten years including becoming a certified Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Kion Coach and now a “health detective” as a certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDNP). I combine my trained, education and experience into one main coaching HEALTH (RE) BUILDING program using the eight elements of “The WHOLESTIC Method” program, nutritional therapy analysis, functional lab testing and other intake forms. I absolutely love helping ambitious, driven individuals get their body and vibrant self back again by helping them put the missing pieces of their health puzzle back together again. In result, clients are able to feel their best, move their best and perform their best in life each day!
