How do you know if you are alkaline and not too acidic?
As with everything in our body… what we eat, drink, take, and do impacts our body balance or homeostasis. We all need to find that right amount to create a positive effect…not too little and not too much is what I call “The Goldilocks Effect”
As with everything in our body… we don’t know what we don’t know so we should always start by TESTING instead of GUESSING our imbalances – including our alkalinity.
