As I continue down my personal journey and my coaching mission, I have re-invented myself as life changes.  I don’t blame the aging process for my struggle with weight gain, fatigue and slower recovery but adjust HOW I fuel and train to improve my performance in daily life and sports.

Instead of blaming “menopause” to be why I am gaining fat weight, struggling with under eye bags and sags plus losing my run speed or power… I am trying something new.

Don’t fuel and train the same way at 50 that you did at 20 or 30 …or even 40 years old and expect to perform the same = INSANITY!
