The truth is, most of us have something that holds us back from experiencing this vibrant health—a hurdle that keeps us from living the life we want

Maybe it’s a lack of motivation, or confusion about what to do or where to start. Maybe we’re limited by a health issue like our weight, digestive issues, sleep problems, injuries, stress, or a diet that isn’t serving us. Or maybe our obstacle is something even more serious, like a chronic health condition or disease. Whatever the health struggle is, it stands in our way. It keeps us from feeling our best. It stops us from doing the things we love.

Why do we struggle with taking ownership of our own health and wellness?

Do you feel guilty if you prioritize your exercise? Sleep? Nutrition plan?

Why don’t we strive to feel our best each day and live our best life?

Instead people blame the aging process, their genetics and just accept their “areas of opportunitites” are really their new normal.

Why don’t we take action and invest in our health?

Your wealth is your health… your health is your wealth.

My new passion and purpose is to coach other individuals who are simialr to myself and struggling with unexpalined weight gain, chronic fatigue and other odd symptoms. These are signs of “METABOLIC CHAOS” – as result of living life as a race and not a journey.

I now focus on coaching up other driven and ambitious individuals get their desired results back by giving them access to the right functional lab tests then help create an individualized rebuilding protocol.

We should thrive each day and not just try to survive the day.

I was that person and I was always trying new supplements each time I read a new blog or listened to a new podcast on health building tips.

I went to many practitioners and experts.

BUT I wasn’t looking at the WHOLE picture and treating the WHOLE individual.

My lessons learned from my experience and healing journey…

  1. We can’t run one lab test and treat the lab results.
  2. We can’t out supplement poor lifestyle habits
  3. We can’t out exercise the wrong nutrition plan
  4. Food sensitivities impact your ability to repair and rebuild.
  5. Female hormone cycles should match training and eating cycles.
  6. Athletes may have different needs than another individual battling with chronic diseases.
  7. There is not a one size fits all approach to optimizing your health.

What are the keys to optimizing your health and being empowering by wellness?

Test and not guess if you are healthy on the inside out.

Our world’s guidelines to “Staying Home and Staying Safe” does not make you healthy. Actually, the longer you stay home and stay isolated probably is making you more unhealthy!

Read my posts on social media recently as I strive to create awareness of what HEALTHY actually is about- that includes spending more time outside and breathing fresh air without a mask (if you are not sick and staying six feet apart from others).
