Why can Debbie understand your frustrations with progress and feeling better? Well, she wrote an entire book about her personal journey and struggle with “adrenal exhaustion” starting in 2013. Debbie went from a top level, world class age-group endurance athlete and triathlete at the end of 2012 to overweight, tired, depressed and weak athlete within months. Debbie was reaching her personal record (PR) in all distances of triathlon including Ironman Hawaii World Championship, Boston Marathon (3:12) and cycling events …until she was hit with exhaustion or specifically “HPA Axis dysregulation”.
Now she her passion and purpose is to help other type-a competitive athletes of all levels avoid going through what she has gone through… including all types of doctors who were all just treating symptoms and not the root cause. Since then, Debbie has become an avid learner in the functional medicine world starting with Superhuman Coach program, CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, a KION Coach (Ben Greenfield), a DNAFIT coach and a certified Functional Medicine Nutrition Practitioner.

Nutritional Therapy Practitioner: Debbie will help get to the root cause of your unexplained symptoms and help put the pieces of the puzzle together to treat the WHOLE you from the inside out. We will dive deep into discovering the underlying issues with your digestion, blood sugar regulation, adrenals (HPA Axis), gut health, essential fatty acid balance, minerals, hormone balance, immune system and detoxification to optimize your health from the inside out. We start North and work our way South to treat the WHOLE you.
Even if you are eating a real nutrient dense whole foods with the right mix of macronutrients to balance your blood sugar, we still need to make sure we are not eating while stressed, rushed and unfocused as well as not chewing your food, eating foods that cause a reaction or sensitivity or poor digestion and absorption of nutrients. Nutritional Therapy combined with THE WHOLESTIC METHOD Program will help treat the WHOLE you then we can implement lab testing, VIOME gut biome testing for your ideal foods and genetic testing to individualize your program for health, weight loss, longevity and performance.

Debbie owns and operates FITNESS FORWARD STUDIO in Bellevue, WA since 2009 to create ‘WHOLESTIC Method’ all in one studio. She created ‘The WHOESLTIC Method’ Total Transformational program after years of working with clients reaching a dead-end with only personal training sessions.
