Bites of Energy, Nutritional Therapy and your Microbiome Diversity
As I review my BiomeFx lab interpretation manual and nutritional recommendations to improve the microbiome diversity in order to optimize health and strengthen the immune system – I am starting to see a trend.
When I study nutritional therapy tricks to boost our immune system– I am starting to see a trend with specific nutrients we can get from real food to boost our immune system along with health building lifestyle habits as we discuss in my manual, book and coaching program.
There are so many nutritional therapy benefits with superfoods as spirulina, algae and chlorophyll…
Health Building Lifestyle habits to build our health, immune system and resiliency are also a consistent trend and similar to my eight+ elements of “The WHOLESTIC Method” program.
As with our interpretation of the BiomeFx for practitioners- we suggest:
- MOVE more! Engage in moderate exercise 30-60 minutes a day- ideally outside, lift weights/heavy objects and do some sprints.
- Get outside as often as possible every day or as I say “breakfast, lunch and dinner” times now mean GET OUTSIDE and MOVE!
- Reduce sleep disturbances by practicing relaxation techniques and avoid screen time before bed
- Avoid exposure to toxic chemicals as glyphosate and consider taking spore based probiotic when traveling to high altitudes
- Stop or limit smoking!
- Relax more and practice stress reduction techniques
- Disconnect and spend more time in nature …goes back to the first few tips as get outside and play.
- Create a healthy toxic/chemical free environment while avoiding excessive sterilization at home
- Get dirty! Spending more time outdoors can enhance exposure to beneficial microbes in the environment
- Unplug- disconnect to connect with you! Practice breathing exercises, meditation, yoga, massage and acupuncture
- Hydrate! Drink filtered water
- Build muscles! Be consistent with regular moderate exercise but make time to lift weights/heavy items, HIIT training when appropriate
- Sleep 7-9 hours…quality deep sleep by practicing new de-stress routine before bedtime.
- Intermittent fasting and stop eating three hours before bed (as well as drinking alcohol and caffeinated beverages!).

My thoughts… Who are our “health experts” and what is their background and training in how the immune system actually works? OR are they trained in pharmaceutical drugs and developing vaccinations? How do masks improve our immune system? Don’t they just slow the spread? Do masks really stop the virus and end our pandemic when combined with a vaccination? Hmmmm.
