Today I wanted to ask a few of these questions to Mike- 

  1. Pandemic craziness in our world – what is your #1 frustration?

  5.  The definition of instantly…doing same thing over and over again.  Obviously what we are doing is not working and we can ask every person to stay at home  and business to close.    What do you think we should do to stop the spread of the virus?
  6.  Main health issues for those who get CV and in the hospital….
  7.  Your thoughts on prevention
  8.  Your thoughts on treatment 
  9.  Our future “new normal” is….

You have a choice to take care of the WHOLE you and even transform the WHOLE you from the inside out.  Please don’t give up and settle, as the struggle is real, and you are not alone.  If you feel exhausted trying to do all the “right” things and still can’t feel, move, or look better then we need to take a different approach. 

Remember- the definition of Insanity is …

“Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”
