Who is DEBBIE Potts?

Do you ever sit down and think about WHO am I? What are my passions? What is my purpose? What do I want to accomplish this year? How am I going to reach my big goal…BHAG this year?

Well, today I started to write about WHO Debbie Potts is for a podcast interview- or rather edit what I had saved for my bio and links. Then I started to wonder…what is my story? Who do I want to help serve and save? Who do I connect with? Who are my past and current clients that had success with my coaching program?

Who is Debbie Potts in 2021?

A Health and Fitness Coach who moved June 19th, 2020 from Bellevue, WA to North San Diego with her best friend/husband/all-in-one with the mission to improve their quality of life. We want to be able to spend time in the outdoors year round and enjoy the fresh air (as well as warm weather, beach sunsets and ocean!).

Here is where I am now… and let me add where I am going!

After over 25 years of being a personal trainer, Debbie Potts coaches the WHOLE individual to burn fat, optimize health and improve their aging process.

Debbie helps driven, ambitious, high performing individuals, who are trying to do all the “right” things, get their body and vibrant self again by investigating what is actually going on “under the hood” to restore balance in their body.  Too many people struggle with unexplained weight gain, chronic fatigue, and digestion issues- and blame the aging process or accept these imbalances as their new “normal”.  Instead, Coach Debbie looks at the WHOLE individual by running a comprehensive investigation as a “Health Detective”.  Don’t waste years being stuck in the cycle of “trial and error” or just settling for these unexplained symptoms.  Debbie coaches’ clients using the eight elements of  her unique “The WHOLESTIC Method” program to provide clients with the tools to self-care and self-treat -so they are able to restore their WHOLE health back to improve vitality and balance. 

What is your PURPOSE?

Debbie shared her personal story in her book “Life is not a Race… it is a Journey” and created “The WHOLESTIC Method Manual and Workbook”.  She hosts “The Low Carb Athlete” Health Building weekly podcast to help athletes of all levels improve ability to burn fat, optimize their health from the inside out and achieve their peak performance gains.  Debbie went from a high performing, top age group Ironman athlete in 2012 to gaining 30 lbs., experiencing chronic fatigue, and struggling with unexplained symptoms in just a few months.  Now Debbie follows her purpose and passion by coaching other individuals similar to herself from avoiding digging themselves into a deep hole and struggling with METABOLIC CHAO®.

What is your PASSION?

Debbie walks the talk and practices watch she preaches.  After being a top personal trainer for twenty-five years plus years- she continues her education constantly: NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), USAT Triathlon coach, CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Kion (Superhuman) Coach, Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP), DNA Fit coach and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P).  She took her health in her own hands and combined therapy, labs, and lifestyle changes to transform her own life to heal, reclaim energy and reboot her own system.  Be a part of the journey to transform the WHOLE you from the inside out with The WHOLESTIC Method Coaching program.  There aren’t a one size fits all approach to healing, rebuilding, and restoring the WHOLE you as we are all unique bio-individuals.

What is your MISSION?

Debbie’s focuses on coaching the WHOLE individual from the inside out with elements of “The WHOLESTIC Method” program and running functional lab tests to collect clues to put the missing pieces of the puzzle back together again.  Her coaching program combines years of training, education and experience including: Personal training, Nutritional Therapy evaluation, assessments, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner services, Chronic Stress Treatment, Detox and Digestion Reset Fat loss programs. Debbie’s main signature individualized coaching program -“The WHOLESTIC Method” packages include health building lifestyle coaching, Nutritional Therapy, FDNP well-chosen functional lab testing, DNA-Fit reports and more.  Schedule a consultation with Debbie to discover which of the three individual packages are best for your needs, goals, and personality.  She teaches groups a few times a year to become fat adapted (burn fat!) and metabolic flexible with her three-phase program in the 30-day Total Transformation Program

Debbie was a top age group triathlete and runner for many years until she broke herself with chronic fatigue and “METABOLIC CHAOS”.  Now, she is following her purpose, passion, and mission to help others avoid going through the exhaustion, weight gain and hormonal cascade that she experienced starting back in 2013.  Debbie coaches’ groups and individual clients in person as well as online to reclaiming their optimal health for performance and longevity.  Whether you are training for running, trail running, cycling and triathlon events to thrive and enhance performance via becoming a low-carb fat adapted metabolically efficient athlete.
