The FDN Process includes three main steps to resolving your unique case of “Metabolic Chaos®”
1. We assess underlying conditions and contributors to your ”Metabolic Chaos®” Comprehensive investigation including careful history taking, Nutritional Therapy Assessment, and well-chosen functional lab testing
2. Customize a D.R.E.S.S. for Health Success® Program Lab guided and individualized holistic behavior protocols including “The WHOLESTIC Method” lifestyle elements with Coach Debbie
3. Run the Program – Health Coaching Process to “coach up” function, coach down your contributors to “Metabolic Chaos®”. We work together, re-assess and correct program as needed – based on your feedback, symptoms and compliance – until you invariably “get better” -as your vital voids are revealed and homeostasis (balance) is restored from a cellular level. Our goal is to investigate what is out of balance and put the missing pieces of the puzzle back together.
