After 25 plus years working as a personal trainer and coach, I am now able to focus 100% on building my comprehensive health building investigation services. The struggle is real, and you don’t have to accept that this is your new “normal” and a part of the aging process. I have been there myself and share my personal story in my book “LIFE IS NOT A RACE:  IT IS A JOURNEY” (available here) and created “The WHOLESTIC Method” to help other individuals from going through what happened to me starting in 2013.  Perhaps you were like me and stuck in the cycle of “trial and error”. 

Every STRESS response is a blood sugar response… and you don’t always know about your sources of CHRONIC stress as they are an accumulation of EXTERNAL stressors (including environmental and emotional) and H.I.D.D.E.N. INTERNAL stressors contributing or a result of “METABOLIC CHAOS®”.

You don’t know what those hidden internal stressors are unless you test… hormone, immune, detoxification, digestion, energy and nervous system functions need to be assessed!

Now I have created a new program exclusive to only those who are serious about repairing, rebuilding and restoring the WHOLE individual from the inside out.  As an FDN Practitioner “health detective” and a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I work together with you to investigate your main health concerns, and imbalances.  Part of our investigative process includes collecting data (clues) from well-chosen functional lab tests and then clinically correlating data to your WHOLE investigation.

My health and life have changed since 2013- and now I am following my purpose and my passion to help you feel better, look better and move better from the inside out!  You don’t know what is going on “under the hood” unless you test with the right combination of functional labs. 

We do not diagnose, nor do we treat the test results or the symptoms… instead we look at the WHOLE you and treat everything all at once to optimize the WHOLE you with “The WHOLESTIC Method” coaching program including support and guidance on the eight elements then we follow up with an individualized “D.R.E.S.S. for Health Success” 90-day rebuilding health protocol based on our correlation in our investigation
