A Health Detective is…

As I finish my final exams to become an FDN Practitioner, I will share more about what the program is about and how I am implementing the FDN Program into my coaching program to train The WHOLE Athlete from the inside out with The WHOLESTIC Method to avoid burn out and breakdown. My new (coming soon) 90-day coaching programs will help other athletes self-heal, repair and recalibrate with the right tools and individualized assessment based on our investigation of their “METABOLIC CHAOS”!

FDN offers choices for self-care rather than the typical medical model of forced-in disease care model.

The FDN program is an “opt-in model of self-care” which means we give client a choice to self-care or return to the disease care model that just treats symptoms and places a temporary band-aid on the problem.
We empower and motivate clients to take care of the WHOLE self with the individualized DRESS For HEALTH SUCCESS program so they can finally feel better, move better and look better from the inside out.
Our FDN clients are educated and provided the necessary tools to heal, rebuild and renew the WHOLE self.

Ideally, with the right protocol and necessary adjustments to continue on the right track to bring the body back into homeostasis and restore a client’s WHOLE health.

The symptoms are not the problem – but rather a result of dysfunction(s) in the body. The client’s responsibility is to take ownership for their health to heal as supplements are not the only part of the rebuilding program.
As an FDN-practitioner, we help educate the client how to “coach” up the client’s vital reserve while coaching down their “metabolic chaos” dysfunctions.

We work together to put the pieces of the puzzle back together to heal and rebuild the WHOLE individual.

My mission and purpose is to help transform the WHOLE athlete from the inside out with The WHOLESTIC Method program – coming soon to offer individualized coaching programs for athletes. I don’t want other athletes to go through what I did starting back in 2013… now my focus is to help other athletes to stop living life as a race but live life as a journey.

Recalibrate, pause and reset more frequently during the day if you want to improve performance and longevity.
