Which body parts do you want to work on today?  Areas to open/stretch? 

Stations this month will focus on:

Monday:  Legs/cardio intervals

Tuesday:  back/biceps/cardio

Wednesday:  plyometrics/cardio

Thursday: chest/arms

Friday: upper/lower body intervals

Saturday: jump rope intervals

Sunday: barefoot workout stations (balance pads, BOSU…)
