Suddenly you are exhausted, broken and burned out.
How did this happen to me?
Well it was not sudden… it was probably a gradual breakdown from the inside out that you didn’t know about because you were too busy to pay attention to the now obvious RED FLAGS your smart body was telling you!

How do we improve our ability to burn fat, reduce fatigue and improve energy?
The eight elements of The WHOLESTIC Method actually can be lifestyle habits that we implement into our daily routine to help optimize our mitochondria which in result will improve our energy and lower fatigue!
My key word is always SUSTAINABILITY as well as “base hits make a home run” (Dr. Tom O’Bryan).
AND… The GOLDILOCKS Effect: not too much, not too little, just the right amount for your unique bio-individidual needs!
- Nutrition: Metabolic Typing, LCHF, Real Food, Paleo, Keto, Carnivore; IF, Fasting, OMAD… Sustainable, not a diet, provides energy and lose cravings/addictions. Work on WHY you are eating but also what, when and how you are eating.
- Exercise: Lift weights- get strong, HIIT training, less chronic cardio
- Sleep: create a sleep hygiene routine, sleep more, stop eating before bed, fasting, IF,
- Stress: Identify external energy robbers, environmental toxins, chemicals and test for HIDDEN internal chronic stressors.
- Movement & Mobility: Move more throughout the day- get up every hour and do movement drills.
- Digestion & Gut health: PNS, supplements, focus, repair, lab testing
- Hydration: drink more filtered water and add minerals to hydrate!
- Happiness, Gratitude and Play! Make time to laugh, be silly, smile and feel like a kid again.
