Dr. Ruef is a licensed naturopathic doctor who completed her medical education at the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, Oregon. She also completed a private residency at Pearl Natural Health in downtown Portland. For undergraduate education, Dr. Ruef received a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry and cell biology with a minor in cognitive neuroscience from the University of California, San Diego. She has been a clinical educator for Precision Analytical, makers of the DUTCH Test since 2019, and she spends most of her time educating on how urine testing can improve the field of women’s and men’s health. Currently, she is focusing on educating women worldwide on the benefits and risks of menopausal hormone replacement therapy.
