Not me… I have taken a vacation away from the media as I stay in an Airbnb for the summer in the mountains north of San Diego. I don’t want to be brainwashed and live in the state of fear from listening to political and big pharma influenced medical news.

We get to be after sunset and wake up just before the sun is rising. My husband Neal has been wearing his blue blocker glasses with readers from Ra-Optics to help his eyes as we are getting too much screen time working remote. The blue light blocking glasses are ideal in the evening and if spending too many hours on electronic devices.

We also are improving the quality of our sleep by watching the sun rise and sun set – which helps set our circadian rhythm and melatonin levels.

When we go for a bike ride in the morning, I make sure I look at the sun rising up into the blue sky to help my eyes/brain set the circadian rhythm naturally.

Because of how complex they are, our engines need to be tuned up every day as well so we can function well, feel good, and avoid disease.  

We need to be exposed to the sun’s light every morning, and darkness at night for our engines to function properly. 

If we are not, they cannot, and we cannot be healthy no matter the quality of the food we eat.  

When we live indoors behind glass, or wear sunglasses or contacts, or cover our skin in clothing constantly, or work indoors, live under artificial lighting, expose ourselves to bright light at night, use screens, use wireless radiation for communication, we irradiate our engines with light that prevents them from functioning optimally. 

Food diets, nor exercise, will EVER fix our modern disease epidemic.  

We need to fix our mitochondria, the engines that run our cells.  To fix the mitochondria, we need a Light Diet.

I will stay on topic and not get on a rant but I did also want to share some interesting information and research providing by Dr. Ben Lynch on his social media channels as Instagram.

Dr. Ben Lynch’s suggestions on CV19 Prevention:

  • Sunshine (vitamin D)
  • Multivitamin, probiotics, fish oil
  • Eat healthy whole foods
  • Limit sugar intake
  • Optimize your weight
  • Avoid sick people
  • Turn off the news!

Keep it simple right?

Isn’t this what we should be doing all the time?

This is why I believe, sadly, that everything happens for a reason. CV19 is a major world wide wake up call to learn what “HEALTHY” is all about but instead it has become an opportunity for Politicians and Big Pharma to make it about something else- a bigger $$$$ agenda. Follow the money.

Dr. Ben Lynch also shared on his IG posts what to do if you need support:

  • Let fever go until 105 F. then Tylenol
  • Vitamin D, Zinc, Gluathione, Multi-Vitamin
  • Eat nourishing soups and broths
  • Limit sugar and carbs
  • Electrolytes
  • Sleep
  • Stay home until fully well

My suggestion to you is to prioritize sleep and prioritize getting outside in the daylight to exercise as well as expose your bare skin to the sun for your daily dose of natural Vitamin D!

Dr. Ben Lynch shares on his blogs… Low Vitamin D levels and low glutathione levels are related to CV19.

Vaccine may help those older adults with comprimised immune systems and those struggling with obesity.

Antibodies for Covid and low Vitamin D = severe immune response or cytokine response.

  • Diabetes
  • Elderly
  • Co-morbidities
  • Darker skin individuals
  • Obestity

All are associated with low vitamin D. You are putting yourself at risk, according to Dr. Ben Lynch, if you get the vaccine and have low vitamin levels. Don’t run yourself into a big risk by getting the vaccine if you are not healthy with ideal Vitamin D and Glutathione levels. If you want a less severe chance of getting the symptoms of CV19 then make sure you are building your Vitamin D levels as well as Glutathione.

You don’t want your immune system to attack self but we want to have a strong and resilient immune tolerance. Joint pain, asthma, difficulty breathing…and more symptoms of auto-immune issues or the immune system attacking your own self. The goal is to build your resilience.
