Steph Lowe is a leading Australian Sports Nutritionist, specialising in low-carb, high-fat (LCHF) fueling or keto diet, and is passionate about helping individuals and athletes to optimise their performance (in life and training) through educating them on how to just eat real food (JERF).

What makes Steph special is that in her work with athletes she looks at the whole person. She doesn’t simply focus on an event specific day or week, but digs deep to understand the root cause of weight gain, low energy, poor performance or inflammation related injury.

This means Steph is as comfortable consulting on hormones and the microbiome as she is on race day fueling and recovery strategy – because it’s all connected! Since establishing her practice over 6 years ago Steph has helped thousands of athletes worldwide to become fat adapted.
