“Poopie Police”

  Learn a lot about health & wellness by what poop looks like

  • Toxins, what foods your body may not respond towel, stress
  • Good and bad bacteria in the digestive system
  • Tress plays a big part of digestion in the body, reducing stress helps in the process of digestion
  • Digestion starts with choice of foods, body starts with enzymes and breaking down of that food
  • Chewing food thoroughly helps in the digestion of food as opposed to rushing through a meal
  • “Mindless eating” energy focused elsewhere and not on the food you are eating, robbing the body of the ability of just focusing on what you’re putting into your system
  • “Well formed poop”, earthy smell, good diameter (12” round) means you and your system are health
  • “Undigested food particles” = low enzymes, food intolerance or sensitivity to foods
  • More stress in body = more cortisol, worse digestion, possible thyroid issues, inhibits ability to loose fat or weight
  • “Diarrhea” = small intestinal bacteria over growth, emotional or metal stress, body’s way of moving out toxins, irritation + inflammation, quickly dehydrates you
  • “Pellet Poop” = bad stress management, similar causes to diarrhea etc…
  • “Body Builder” – person eating lots of processed food not whole foods, protein bars creates a harder stool to pass, bacteria over growth
  • “Olympic Swimmer” = too much fat in deit, makes poop float, passing lipids in stool, not getting enough H2O
  • Oily film in toilet from body can indicate to much fat in diet as well
  • “Mr. Stinker” drinkers, smokers, pharmaceuticals, show up as stinky poop, gut bacteria, poor diet, lots of toxins in the body
  • Lots of insoluble fiber diet can be bad for the digestive tract as well, robbing minerals from the body
  • Have to look at whole person (stress, diet, exercise) to determine health profile
  • Listen to your body and the food you eat and your body is telling you
  • Oatmeal needs to be properly prepared, NOT processed, can cause more digestive and inflammation problems in body
  • Apple cider vinegar – great for higher enzymes, could help with digestion potentially, nothing really proven, people use for cleansers and detox
  • Detox = living an eating healthy, it’s a way of life NOT a quick fix, honor your body ALL the time NOT sections of time
