Shake up your routine: Interval training!

If you read health and fitness magazines, you have probably read the new research on interval training for increased fat metabolism and weight loss.  Fitness Forward offers 50 minute classes with 30 second intervals/10 seconds rest on the TRX Suspension trainer, body weight exercises, medicine ball, BOSU and other functional exercises. We want your heart rate to be elevated for most of the workout!  Wear your heart rate monitor to see your intensity.
