At Fitness Forward, we offer small group personal training with a maximum of 16 people per class to cater to provide individual attention. All fitness levels in one small group. Our small group TRX Suspension circuit training workouts include all the elements of a workout that our bodies need: strength, flexibility, cardiovascular, metabolic conditioning, functional and dynamic movements. We add a little yoga flow and Pilates fundamentals into each workout. Your body is the weight when using the TRX Suspension Training system …Pilates fundamentals in motion.. Your core is engaged non-stop and we keep the workout moving non-stop to keep your heart rate elevated for 50 minutes…talk about a calorie burner and the most efficient “All in one” workout you will find in town.
Experienced, knowledgeable, talented and energetic trainers lead your workouts. We will offer modifications and variations so all fitness levels will be challenged! We are not an aerobics class or huge fitness class… we are watching and correcting you in the group workouts. The most affordable group personal training in the area plus your first class is free! Class registration for all classes and amazing affordable packages are available online. New intro package for new clients only…share the deal “5 classes for $50” valid for 30 days.
Arrive 10 minutes prior to class to learn how to adjust and use the TRX Suspension Trainer as well as the stations set up in the class!
