Coach Debbie takes 25 years of experience and multiple educational courses to create “The WHOLESTIC Method” program: personalized performance training program where she coaches the WHOLE you from the inside out.  She herself has gone from an elite world class athlete to feeling exhausted, fat and depressed within months- read all about her personal story she shared to help others on Amazon (LIFE IS NOT A RACE).  Based on her experience, Debbie created ‘The WHOLESTIC Method’ Manual and Workbook to go with her coaching program as a way to help other athletes avoid living life as a race with chronic fatigue and the domino effect of health problems that result from our addiction to busyness.  LESS is more for some of us type-A competitive athletes!

Debbie implements coaching and lifestyle strategies she has gained from becoming a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and previous to that course-two coaching courses with Ben Greenfield.  Starting in 2011 with Ben’s Superhuman Coach program and now his new KION Coaching program.  Also Debbie has 25 years personal experience as an athlete her self as well as a personal training and health coach.  She is also a CHEK Institute certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Metabolic Efficiency Specialist with Bob Seebohor, NASM certified personal trainer, Yoga instructor, Pilates Mat instructor as well as USAT Triathlon Coach.  Debbie never stops learning- as is now studying to become a DNAFIT Coach, then taking a functional medicine course with Tom Malterre followed by a year program to become a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner.  Debbie has learned a lot from years of co-hosting and hosting her own podcast since 2010 (FIT FAT FAST) – which is now called THE WHOLE ATHLETE Podcast out every Tuesday to transform the WHOLE Athlete from the inside out to improve performance!
