To Live an Extraordinary Life

I love to look through Pinterest to find great motivational and inspirational quotes to help clients and others live from the inside out.

We often talk on my podcast about stress, focus and gratitude. The funny thing is that I also discuss these areas of life to my own coaching clients who are trying to lose weight, break the sugar addiction and get healthy.

Losing weight isn’t only about exercising more and making better choices when we eat. I have discovered over my many years in the fitness industry as a trainer, coach and athlete …and now podcaster that our attitude towards life as well as mindset can change almost anything.  For example… imagining how we want our life to be then allows us to focus on that goal becoming a reality.   If we change our viewpoint and shift our attitude with a more positive outlook then perhaps positive experiences will occur.

Do we bring in negativity if we send off negative messages and attitude?  What I have learned from clients and peers is that we don’t have weaknesses but “areas of opportunities”.  We don’t quit if something doesn’t work the way we planned but rather keep learning from the lessons learned, apply what worked then continue on down that journey.  Happiness will come your way if you follow the right path in life.  The learning lessons we experience in life do not stop…while you are alive and kicking the life lessons continue knocking down your door.  The life journey we choose is our own but should we not pick the road that brings us more joy and happiness?  We have the tools and resources to make the right life decisions to help us select the right road to happiness and gratitude… to living an extraordinary life that we deserve to live.  Look inside yourself…listen and trust the signs.  Live from the inside out if you want to live with abundance.  The answer lies inside of you.

I would add trust yourself, love yourself and be yourself.  Live with abundance and gratitude…live extraordinary.  Each day is a gift…the present is the gift you give yourself each day.  The WHOLESTIC Method to improve fat loss, health and performance in life and sports…starts from within.
