What is an FDN Practitioner and METABOLIC CHAOS?

Is your lifestyle creating METABOLIC CHAOS?

  • Do you struggle reaching your health, fitness and wellness goals?
  • Do you exercise and try to eat healthy but still experience unresolved health complaints?
  • Are you stuck in the cycle of “trial and error”??

As I implement FDN Practitioner skills into my health coaching program and services, you may have a few questions about the program!

What is FDN stand for?

Functional = we respect and work with the body’s own innate intelligence of the body. The body is smart and desires to be in equilibrium and homeostasis (balance).

Diagnostic:  as FUNCTIONAL – to find healing opportunities and uncover areas of opportunities to create a healing response, as well as to identify and remove obstacles or roadblocks to recovery.

Nutrition:  to nurture, to feed the cells, tissues, organs and body systems = the organism that makes us whole.  To provide everything the body genetically requires to thrive and feel alive!

If you experience unexplained symptoms and struggle getting results to feel, move and look your best then look into hiring an FDN Practitioner.

The struggle is real and we can help resolve METABOLIC CHAOS!

Stop blaming the aging process and the belief that this is the new “normal” for you!

The struggle is real.

FDN practitioner works as a health coach or a health investigator.  We do not take a medical approach, nor do we diagnose or  treat anything specific.   We do not treat symptoms either and just put a band-aid on the problem or complaint!   The medical treatment depends on drugs and surgery.  The traditional medical model may give you lab tests but tells you everything is “normal” and you just need anti-depressants or anxiety medication!  Doctors can save lives with surgery and medication when appropriate – but they can’t meet all of your needs to reach optimal health and function.

“Symptoms are NOT the problem… but rather they are the RESULT of the problem – dysfunction”  – Reed Davis, the founder of the FDN Practitioner program.

What do we do as an FDN Practitioner?

We work on helping resolve METABOLIC CHAOS by working in a non-specific manner to identify healing opportunities and their underlying causes.  We apply wellness principles to an individualized healing journey to help a client rebuild and restore their homeostasis- balance back to their normal.  We work together with the client to identify their obstacles or roadblocks stopping the client from vitality -then create “DRESS for Health Success” protocol for client to self treat.  We recommend protocols for a client using an “opt-in self-care model” versus the traditional medical solution of “forced-in disease care model”.

As a personal trainer and coach for over 25 years, I found out myself that I was not able to help clients be healthy, lean, fit and strong with exercise along… or even nutrition and exercise.  We are what we eat …and you can’t out exercise a bad diet.  But what if something happened to you as it did to me in 2013…I was eating low-carb/high-fat, metabolically efficient and metabolically flexible.  Chronic stress impacts the WHOLE you – including your ability to burn fat, optimize health and improve performance in daily life.  You can be FIT and UNHEALTHY… and even fit, fat and unhealthy from the inside out.

More to come!
