My thought for the day…
Everyday I see people drinking orange juice or another type of juice. I am sure they think it is a healthy option and filled with vitamins…but it is also filled with sugar. Do you wonder why they give you juice after you donate blood or when a diabetic is having a low blood sugar? Juice spikes up your blood sugar instantly. I would know… I am so sensitive to sugar since over the years I have become more “fat adapted” and now get headaches from having any sugar alone.
Best bet is to eat a whole orange to get the fiber and slow down the blood sugar spike…even better eat fruit with a quality clean protein source and a healthy fat.

If we want to lose weight and burn fat then we need to control our blood sugar levels but selecting foods that are not going to put us in a sugar coma. Let’s get off the blood sugar roller coaster this year and improve our fat loss, health as well as performance by not following the food pyramid or eating the packaged prepared manufactured foods with false claims.
Eat right for your metabolic type and you will feel better from the inside out. More later!
