#297: TC Hale on Proper Digestion for Optimal Health

TC Hale is our guest in this episode to discuss one of Debbie’s favorite topics: digestion. He has a background in personal training but realized that there’s more to getting people fit and healthy than personal training alone. It’s about what you eat, how you eat it, and how you absorb it.

While working as a comedian, TC lost his voice and it ended up staying this way for eight long years. After visiting twenty-three doctors in search for a solution to no avail, TC decided to figure it out on his own. This led to his wealth of knowledge of the human body and getting his first client.

TC explains that we should be trying to put as much in our body’s favour as possible. He talks about the economic costs of not eating healthily and the impacts of chronic stress in relation to optimizing health.
