Do you go to Starbucks 5 or more times a week? More than once in one day?
Do you get “food” to go with your coffee?
Have you look at the amount of sugar in the “coffee drinks” or the food in the case?
The calories are listed but what about the total sugars?
Check out the total amount of carbohydrates in each food item…

Did you know we really only need around 50 grams of carbohydrates per DAY…maybe 150-200 grams per day for athletes (if fat adapted). If you want to use fat for fuel and lose fat weight then stop eating the high sugar diet. Sugar is the problem… high sugar intake create high insulin levels then shuttles excess sugar/glucose to fat cells. Your liver and muscle glycogen stores only take so much glycogen. Where does the excess go? Hmmm…..
Take my 21 day challenge this September… take the challenge and get off the sugar addiction. Eat fat… burn fat. Eat sugar… gain fat.
