If you want to get stronger – start eating 30-50g protein each meal, three times a day + lift heavy weights + short intensity intervals 20-30 seconds 2-3x per week + MAF/Zone 1-2 endurance training 1-3x week after you have built up a foundation!  Meet with a coach and/or experienced coach to help create a personalized program as there is not a once size fits all approach for everything!
