Episode #508 The Low Carb Endurance Athlete with Debbie Potts & Zach Bitter

Today I chat with Zach Bitter- who you probably already know about if you are an endurance athlete or ultra runner! And yes, I know that my background visibility is HORRIBLE and I just broke down and purchased a ring light gadget to improve lighting. I hate being inside, so I set up my “office” outside in the warmer months. I moved from Seattle to North San Diego three years ago to improve my quality of life which includes living life mostly in the outdoors year round! Okay, now more about the ultra runner low carb athlete himself. Who is Zach Bitter? Zach Bitter is a professional endurance athlete that specializes in ultramarathon distance events, endurance coach, and podcast host. He has broken multiple World and American Records, participated on Team USA’s 100km World Championship Team three times, including team Gold in 2014, and won four National Championships at the 50 mile, 100km, and 100 mile distances.
