I am teaming up with my friends at Team Kion to share the fasting challenge to our community around the world!   You don’t have to be scared of the word “FASTING” as we are going to eat real food!  Some people may be doing a water only fast but only the very rare few will take on that challenge as we are all different, with different goals and also some of us are women! 

Females may not want to do a strict fast – nor if you are experiencing an over abundance of CHRONIC stress in your life right now!

The WHOLESTIC Method Program: Phase One 5-day Jumpstart program includes working on…

  1. Nutrition- I will be doing my usual week day intermittent fasting 16/8, bone broth each day, liver detox tea, ACV
  2. Exercise- when fasting do less hard workouts and more light exercise plus strength training
  3. Sleep- Prioritize your sleep! Do get to bed earlier and strive for 7-9 hours per night
  4. Stress Management– identify your sources of external chronic stressors and test your internal sources of chronic stress. The Goldilocks Effect! Less constant chronic stressors you experience – will positively impact all other elements avoid overloading HPA Axis
  5. Movement – move more throughout the day and spend more time in nature.  Meal times now mean time to MOVE!
  6. Digestion- take time to RESET and REBOOT before you eat plus some people may benefit from ACV pre-meal and digestive enzymes as KAPEX
  7. Hydration- drink filtered water throughout the day with minerals as adding celtic sea salt
  8. Happiness – do something each day that makes you laugh! Write in a gratitude journal each morning or night.

How the Challenge works:

  • As always, our challenges are free to join!
  • People can opt-in for the Challenge here

  • During the 5-day Challenge, participants practice their preferred method of fasting while having a community to relate and encouragement along the way.
  • Each day of the Challenge, Kion will release video content from fasting experts to educate and inspire via email, Instagram, and YouTube.
