TRX Suspension training: Interval training using the ultimate training tool for functional, multi-planar, fast and effective total body workouts. You use your own body weight as resistance to build strength, flexibility, balance and core stability. Some classes may incorporate a blend of TRX intervals with other strength, Pilates, yoga or cardio exercises. TRX Core circuit training. This hard core training class focuses on the missing link in all of our daily movements as we learn how to make connection with the core and all body movements. Circuit stations combine core moves from yoga, Pilates, functional core and balance movements. Beneficial movements for movements in all sports and life! TRAIN MOVEMENTS, NOT MUSCLES. Look for our Total TRX, TRX Athletic and TRX Cardio Blast.
TRX Circuit Training: The “All in One” workout! Six people minimum per class. This high intensity, challenging and demanding 45 minutes amazing workout will change your body shape as well as increase performance (sports and life). Three sets of 10-15 stations using your own body strength, TRX Suspension system, stability balls, medicine balls, BOSU ball, balance boards, weights machines, free weights, plyometric, Pilates mat and Yoga! Great for all sports and daily living. Look out for our new URBAN DETOX circuit workout for a total cleansing morning weekend all-over intense workout!
FAMILY TRX-Tweeners Training: 7-12 years of age. Fun exercises and athletic training drills for kids… add the TRX, fitness stations, jump rope drills and outdoor training for a well-rounded conditioning program. Kid’s workout at the same times as their parents!
Teens Athletic Training: Ages 13-18 years of age. Challenging but fun 50 minute class includes TRX training, cardio intervals and form drills. Core work, body strength, balance and form drills are included. Running drills, core work and yoga also added in classes.
Yogaletes Stretch: Challenge yourself with this total body Yoga poses with a mix of Pilates mat exercises using the TRX Suspension straps, foam rollers, stability balls and Yamuna ball rolling to open hips, open the heart, improve core strength, total body flexibility and lengthen muscles all in one workout! Open the front side up and strengthen the back side!
STOTT PILATES Mat: 50 minute class restores the natural curves of the spine, relieve tension and enhance self-confidence. Results = a balanced and aligned body that looks fit, feel revitalized and moves with ease. Beneficial for all individuals. Create long and leaner muscles, activate your core, align your body, and improve your posture!
Monthly Coaching Program: Online Training Peaks coaching plus weekly group workouts: Monthly coaching program includes training schedule on the www.trainingpeaks.com plus access to unlimited coaching support via phone, email or in person. Interval workouts and running drills on a track in Bellevue on Wednesdays 5:00 p.m. or Fridays 8:30 a.m. at Kelsey Creek Park. Group track or tempo workouts = $50 per month. Coaching, Training Peaks schedule and one workout per month = $100-125 per month. Individual triathlon coaching, Training Peaks schedule and workouts = $200.
