The WHOLESTIC Method 30-Day Total Transformation Program is designed to RESET, REPAIR and REBOOT your body from the inside out to get you burning FAT for fuel and losing weight – while feeling better, looking better and moving better!
Since we only have one of us, we need to take ownership and make our “car” last for a lifetime. To prevent disease and optimize our health, we need to start by improving our liver function, digestion system and our stress levels.
In The WHOLESTIC Method 30-Day Total Transformation Program, we will address each of the eight elements that are described in more details in my manual. We can get our engine running smoothly and put the tires in alignment, so the car will run on its own, just as our body will do with its innate intelligence.
Our body knows what to do but it may need some rest, repair, reset and reviving with the right ingredients.Sometimes we just need a little break to press “control-alternate-delete” to reset and reboot the system so we can continue going on with our day feeling happy, energetic and powerful from the inside out. Every BODY is different and unique so we need to work individually as well as a group to reach the finish line together.
We want to be living at EASE, and not experience living with DIS-EASE!

How does it work?
We start our total transformation program working at a cellular level as we are built on cells.
Phase One: 5-Day Detox and Reset Challenge
The Phase One: 5-Day DETOX & RESET is focused on the LIVER function, as opposed to dysfunction, as we work on reducing toxic build up in the blood and ease the workload off the exhausted liver. We will be working on resting the digestive system as well as the elements of The WHOLESTIC Method Manual and the Workbook exercises.
Phase One is our unique 5-Day DETOX & RESET challenge with the focus on repairing the body’s natural housekeeping system: the detoxification system and repairing the main filter—our liver!
So we start with foundational exercises before we add on layers and move to the next level, just as we do with Nutritional Therapy. We start with the foundations and digestion is one major pillar, including a whole foods nutrient dense diet, blood sugar regulation, essential fatty acid balance, mineral balance and hydration.
Just as we need to change the oil and filter frequently on our car as well as get a 10,000-mile check-up and tune-up, we need to do the same for our body. We can replace our car buy purchasing a new or used one, but we can’t turn in our body for a new one (until we pass away!). If we want our “engine” running efficiently and not wasting energy, then we should take ownership and responsibility of our own health. You don’t want to be driving your car with the wheels out of alignment or the filter being clogged or oil needing to be replaced…or do you? So why do we let our bodies run on a dysfunctional engine and clogged system?
Instead of putting a Band-Aid on our symptoms as with pain relief, medication or other quick solutions, we are still not finding the root cause of our symptoms…what is the real problem? In Nutritional Therapy, we work on finding your root cause by various questionnaires and assessments as each of us is bio-individual. There is not “one size fits all” program.
The Phase One Program Details:
- Learn about eating behavior and relationship to food
- Intermittent Fasting
- Using fat and ketones for fuel over glucose (LCHF)
- Nutritional Therapy to improve the liver function
- Nutritional supplements and tricks to improve the detox pathways
- Circulation and heat therapy to enhance the reduction of and removal of toxins stored in the fat cells
- The WHOLESTIC Method exercises to improve sleep, stress, movement, digestion, and happiness/gratitude.

Phase Two: 21-Day Detox and Reset
In Phase Two: 21-Day DETOX & RESET is focused on the DIGESTIVE SYSTEM as we work on removing common inflammatory foods, repairing the gut and restoring the gut wall lining with the right healing nutrients. In the end of the 30 days program, as a result of following the elements of The WHOLESTIC Method, the digestive system, liver, adrenals, pancreas and overall health will improve.
As you begin to burn fat for your main fuel source, regulate your blood sugar levels and eat foods that nourish your body, you will be surprised at how the rest of the body systems including hormones, brain, skin and joint health is improved. Remember- we are built on cells as cells form into tissues and tissue form into organs and organs form into body systems into human beings! To optimize our health, we need to start repairing, restoring and reclaiming our health from the foundational level and get it functioning as our body rediscovers homeostasis.
Everything is connected in our body, so when one part goes from functioning to dysfunctioning- then we create a cascade of events and symptoms. In Nutritional Therapy, we get to the root cause with our investigative and hands-on functional evaluation. We start north and work our way south, starting with the brain and digestive center. The brain and gut are connected so we want to make sure we improve the gut health by starting with our liver and detoxification system then focus on repairing and restoring our digestive system.
The symptoms show up in different forms inside and outside of our body as we will discuss into the program. Instead of treating symptoms with a Band-Aid as a medication or pill of some type, we are going to get to discovering your “WHY” by starting with The WHOLESTIC Method program. Our digestive system, hormone function, immune system, detoxication and brain health will improve with our program and hopefully your symptoms begin to be resolve and disappear as we solve your root problem. Some people may need additional Nutritional Therapy sessions for individualized program and continue meeting monthly for a few months to correct the problems and feel at EASE rather than getting a DISEASE!
But, what is the 5-Day Jumpstart Challenge all about?
In this challenge, you will get a jumpstart on your total transformation program as we begin to heal your body at a cellular level by improving the liver function and detoxification pathways. We will review signs and symptoms of a sluggish liver in the program but usually we can improve optimize the livers function with our detox and reset program then continue with our digestive reset phase.
Along the five days, we will working on:
- eating low carbohydrates, moderate protein and higher healthy fats to balance blood sugar
- eating one main meal per day (OMAD)
- exploring our relationships to food as well as carbohydrate dependency and sugar addiction
- add intermittent fasting overnight from our last meal to the next day where we “break-the-fast”
- daily team check in calls on ZOOM (optional) to review plan for day, homework and discuss an element of THE WHOLESTIC METHOD
- daily movement and exercise planning
