Are you a fat burner or sugar burner?

Test don’t guess… try using Keto Mojo for a month along with “The WHOLESTIC Method” 30-day total transformation program to become a fat burning athlete.

Metabolic Efficiency is the efficiency of our body’s ability to utilize endogenous stores of carbohydrate and fat at different intensities include exercise and rest.

We are designed to be fat burners – burn more fat while we preserve carbohydrate stores.  BUT since the food giants and political nutrition guidelines taught us to be afraid of healthy fats and eat unlimited quantities of low-fat or non-fat carbohydrate based food products (usually not real food!), we switched to sugar burners over time!

What is Metabolic Flexibility?
Basically, our ability to switch “gas tanks”… from fat burning tank to carb tank based on need.  If we eat a low carb, moderate protein and high fat food plan that balances our blood sugar (avoid those insulin surges!) then we should be able to become fat adapted along with the other lifestyle habits we discuss in THE WHOLESTIC METHOD program!
Chronic stress impacts the WHOLE you from the inside out… including your ability to burn fat!
To become metabolic efficient (fat adapted) athletes, we need to focus on WHAT we are eating, WHEN we are eating and HOW we are eating.  You can’t out exercise a bad diet!
Learn how to get off the blood sugar roller coaster with The WHOLESTIC Method coaching program if you want to become a fat adapted athlete.
Why should you become a metabolically efficient athlete?
1. Reduce GI distress
2. Improve metabolic flexibility for energy use – glycogen sparing effect
3. Improve body weight and body fat levels
4.  Improve health markers and risk for chronic diseases- as insulin resistance is related to chronic inflammation as well as chronic stress impacts immune system and gut function.  Leaky gut … leads to inflammation and leaky brain. A lower carbohydrate food plan often leads to reduced insulin resistance and decreased inflammation.
5.  Improved energy levels – reduced blood sugar mood and energy flucuations.
