Quick Fat Snacks!

Are you trying to eat no sugar and add more healthy fats into your diet? I have created a few new easy treats that are higher fats and more satisfying. Stay tuned for my new cookbook in the future! No sugar meals in less than 10 minutes!

Treat or mini meal to keep you full…
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon Kerry gold grass fed butter
1/2-1 tablespoon almond butter
Cinnamon
Coconut flakes

Mix and let sit in the refrigerator until almost solid or wait longer then cut into “fat fudge”.
