Kids are eating more and more sugar these days …results? Childhood obesity is on the rise. We can help prevent our kids going down this road. Let’s work together to educate families how to eat clean real food! No sugar!

As school is out and summer is in… I see more kids hanging around town. What are we teaching our kids about nutrition and eating habits for life? So much processed foods loaded with sugar. Keep it simple…don’t buy packaged foods at the grocery store or bulk from Costco. Make easy snacks and meals in advance from real whole foods. Stock your fridge up with easy to grab snacks. What do you make your kids that is real food and is not processed or loaded with sugar?
