Along our journey, I will offer you health building educational tips and offer coaching support – implementing the “D.R.E.S.S.” protocols, observation, any re-testing and follow-up labs for helping your transformational journey as we identify and eliminate the hidden stressors (chronic stressors – chronic inflammation – lower immunity and resiliency).

We are able to identify any offensive foods with food sensitivity testing– creating your “perfect” food plan avoiding any tagged Inflammatory, irritating, and allergic foods as wells as option to dive into your DNA Fit Report and NutriSense CGM feedback (included in The Total Transformation Package).

We identify any chronic infection and Infestation in the gut lab tests (stool)– then we collect clues how to remove which toxic offenders that are there due to poor microbiome ecology, as well as any additional chronic stressors hiding in the gut as Parasites, Bacteria, Fungi, Yeast, and Biofilms. Additional investigation will help us reveal your sources of chronic stress and help us create an individualized 90-day plus protocol for you to implement into your lifestyle!
