Michael Breus, also known as the Sleep Doctor, joins this episode to provide his insight. He is a clinical psychologist, a diplomat of the American Board of Sleep Medicine, an author, and appears on The Dr. Oz Show.
Michael reveals the factors of sleep deprivation which can make the difference between being on the podium and not. He talks about the different types of sleep chronotypes and how we can determine ours to eventually improve our sleep.
