I am looking for a low-carb, high-fat real food bar without the fillers, added sugars and junk. PALEO bars may not be low-carb, high-fat plus are often high sugar/carb. I only found one bar that was really clean and higher healthy FATS! Most are gluten free

Clients that are busy during the day and don’t have time to eat or for the athlete who needs nutrition during a long endurance workout may need a bar instead of food BUT most bars are filled with processed ingredients, soy, fake sweetners and soy.
I am on a mission to find the PERFECT bar for the low-carb athlete but the labels are confusing. Always read the ingredient list and carbs/sugars.
My goal for finding the PERFECT low-carb bar includes:
- real food based
- packed with vitamins and minerals
- high healthy fat, protein and no sugar
- good source of fiber
- phytonutrients -antioxidants
- slow release carbs to avoid blood sugar spikes
- low glycemic index
- no fillers and sugars
