We’re glad to have Dr. Elena Zinkov join the podcast once again, today to talk about fasting! (In a previous episode, Dr. Elena talks about fats.)

Fasting can have a number of benefits such as balancing hormones, regulating blood sugar, helping to regulate mood, and even weight loss.

However, the important thing to note is that there is a spectrum of fasting. It can be done for varying periods of time, with juice, etc, and there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. Fasting may be appropriate for some women, but not for others.

In this episode Dr. Elena shares everything you need to know about fasting.
