Are you happy?

Are you happy?

Recently someone told me I seemed happier than a few years ago…

I didn’t realize how much I packed into my day and how exhausted I was just over a year ago.ย  It has been two years since I hit the wall…my adrenals were broken, I lost energy, endurance and strength while I increased my anxiety, depression and brain fog.

What did I changed over the last two years?ย  Besides seeing many doctors, practitioners and naturopaths, taking many lab tests then following a list of supplements three times a day…

I changed my attitude towards life.ย  I have been more aware of my overscheduled days, early wake up time,ย tight transition times in between activities or work and anxiety.ย  I never thought I was anxious but then I became aware of how easily irritated and impatient I would get in various situations.

Slow down, take a deep breath and approach the situation with a more positive attitude.

What are your areas of opportunity and growth?

Life is short… why waste energy getting angry orย annoyed about something simple?ย  No temper tantrums are needed.

Don’t you want to be known as the person always happy, laughingย and smiling?ย  I want to be that person that fills a room up with positive energy and makes people smile.ย  Be the spark… pay it forward.

Make a difference in someone’s day by smiling and giving them a hug!
