One of Debbie’s favorite topics is how to slow the aging process. She is always trying to improve her knowledge on this topic so that she can prevent adrenal issues for herself and her listeners.

To learn more, Debbie welcomes back Dr. James L. Wilson for this episode. He is the founder of AdrenalFatigue.org, which aims to combat adrenal fatigue caused by stress. The adrenals are also very crucial to the proper functioning of the immune system.

James says that a common problem he sees with athletes is that they feel like if they don’t push themselves, then they are slackers and have let themselves down. The problem with this mindset is that rest is a very important part of a workout routine.

We learn about the importance the adrenals and how we can be sure to keep ours healthy to keep training optimally.
