How to improve your IMMUNE system this season!

Did you know that 70% of your immune systems is in your gut?ย  So what if your gut is not healthy because we are eating too much sugar, refined and processed carbohydrates plus dehydrated and lacking sunshine!?ย  The cold and flu season comes at gets you!

Suggestions for improving immune system:
1. hydrate clean filtered water (half your body weight in ounces per day!)
2. sip on bone broth daily
3. Use Thieves essential oil in a diffuser or on the bottom of your feet.
4. Echinacea
5. Zinc
6. Oregano Oil
7. Vitamin C
8. Mushrooms
9. Elderberry
10. Improve Lymph Flow – use a rebounder, dry brushing, infrared sauna, massage, foam roller
11. Boost beneficial bacteria as with our favorite MegaSporeBiotic or Coconut Cult
