Erika Quest is a Balanced Body Master Instructor and a BASI graduate instructor, located in Laguna Beach, CA.

In addition to running StudioQ Pilates, Erika does a ton of speaking events and upcoming dates are available on her site.

In this episode, we’re talking about core training to improve athlete’s performances.

Erika shares the story of how she started training to try and avoid having to be put on blood pressure medication. She became injured and looked to pilates to help her become pain-free.

We learn some drills you can do after finishing a bike ride or run, and why you should be doing them, and other bodyweight exercises that will help boost your performance.
