Digestion starts north.
So many people rush when eating and do not focus on the experience or moment of eating. If we eat in a “fight or flight” sympathetic nervous system state then we are shutting off our “rest and digest” parasympathetic nervous system process – where digestion happens.
Most of us are low in stomach acid and digestive enzymes. If we slow down when eating and work on chewing our food properly that will help but to reset your digestion system we may all benefit from HCL Betaine and Digestive Enzymes.
