How do fuel for a fasted morning workout!

Do you eat before your morning workout or do you fast? 

Are you doing intermittent fasting?

Are you working out in the morning with out eating?

If you are fat adapted- you don’t need to eat anything in the morning for a short workout – but as always it depends on the individual and exercise.

Fasted workouts with pre-workout fuel of:

  1. Filtered water with sea salt (Real Salt or Keto Chow electrolytes or LMNTS)
  2. Kion Coffee – organic coffee made in french press with some cinnamon
  3. Kion Aminos
  4. B-complex sub lingual drops- liposomal
