Staying hydrated to improve triathlete performance seems so obvious, but you may be surprised to learn that there’s lots to know!

Josh shares some of his recent experiences at events, and then we dive into fuelling and hydration from water to electrolytes and other supplements.

Everybody is unique so your nutrition and hydration plan will vary, and of course there are external variables such as altitude, temperature, humidity, etc.
