Supplements and lab-testing are sometimes thought of as the only things worth considering when determining heart health. While they are important, today’s guest stresses that sunshine and the elimination of stress and chemicals are paramount.

Jack Wolfson, a board-certified cardiologist who has emerged as one of the leading holistic natural cardiologists of the world. Debbie wanted to speak with Jack because heart disease runs in her family and she has worked with many people who have it.

Jack shares with us how we can participate in tough events such as marathons while still maintaining heart health without having to see a cardiologist regularly. He also speaks about routines that are counterproductive by hurting heart health. Additionally, we hear about how often Jack tests patients at this clinic.
