Many people come to me because they feel exhausted. They feel like they are running ‘on the hamster wheel’ of life and the stress they are under makes them keep going and going and going. As a result, they struggle to keep their energy up, and they feel tired all the time. No matter how much caffeine they drink, or how much exercise they do, they can’t seem to generate the energy they need to have, and their athletic performance, jobs and families often suffer as a result.

Can you relate to their experience?

I can, because it happened to me. As a personal trainer, triathlon coach and competitive triathlete, as well as a business owner with all kinds of certifications and specialties, my life was on full-tilt. I was literally running everywhere. When I felt tired, I exercised more to get my energy up. Little did I know that I was heading toward adrenal fatigue and exhaustion until the moment that my body simply said that enough was enough.

As I recovered from my adrenal exhaustion and got my body and life back on track, I discovered a passion and purpose that allows me to help others avoid going through what I did. There is a ton more to being “healthy” and improving performance than eating less and exercising more including lowering sources of STRESS!

In order to help people learn how to take better care of their minds and bodies so that they feel vibrant and energized, I developed The WHOLESTIC Method. My method transforms the WHOLE athlete from the inside out. It contains 8 elements including:

  3. Sleep
  4. Stress
  5. Movement
  6. Digestion/gut health
  7. Hydration
  8. Happiness
