I shared my personal story in my book that I self-published three years ago on Amazon called “LIFE IS NOT A RACE… It is a Journey:  Learn how to Pace the WHOLE you from the inside out with The WHOLESTIC Method.  I also put together a manual and workbook to dive deeper into the eight elements of The WHOLESTIC Method. 

Three years later, I am finally focusing on sharing my personal story with others to help them avoid going through what happened to me starting back in March, 2013!  

My purpose, passion and mission is now to be a health coach, combining my training as a NTP and an FDN practitioner, to help others optimize their HIDDEN internal stressors as well as reduce external stressors.  As a health detective, I help work with each client to resolve their own “METABOLIC CHAOS”- by collecting clues and clinically correlating their functional labs with their own personal history, complaints/concerns and genetics.  We work together to solve a puzzle to improve performance and longevity.
