Kristin’s achievements include being an IPE Natural Professional Bodybuilder in the Figure Division, winning the title of NANBF’s 2018 Ms. Natural Minnesota (Figure), and completing 25 marathons. In addition, she was recognized as one of the Top 50 Women Attorneys in the State of Minnesota by SuperLawyers during her time at Anthony Ostlund. Kristin’s unique perspective as a former high-stress business litigator turned FNTP allows her to effectively support high-achieving professionals who aspire to prioritize their health and wellness but face challenges in doing so.
