Fitness Forward Group Training workouts: Time intervals vs. reps

This is an excellent metabolic conditioning workout. MetCon, as it’s commonly referred to, is one of the absolute best ways to burn fat. The workouts are time based rather than rep based. this means that you’ll use an all out effort for a predetermined amount of time – take a short breather – then it’s back to work.  50 minutes.  Done.
