The WHOLESTIC Method 5-day DETOX Jumpstart Challenge:
Here is your prep list and homework to scan back to me before we start the program – once you registered with me.
Typically Day one is Monday, so make sure you are organized and prepared (physically and mentally). Focus on being active, happy and outside as much as possible and not on food!
Eating clean, real natural food while eliminating processed inflammatory foods as gluten, grains, soy, peanuts, corn, commercial dairy, vegetable oils (even canola), fake foods and sugars!
No alcohol all week.
- Clean out your fridge, pantry and freezer. Eliminate foods that “talk” to you and temp you to consume!
- Clean out the “garbage” toxic food and replace with lots of organic fresh leafy vegetables, lots of healthy fats and lots of grass fed, free range and wild caught proteins.
- Fermented foods as sauerkraut, kimchi and pickles are great to add into meals as well as lot of other ideas to make your meals filling and satiating.
- Protein and fat based meal fills up most everyone -plus drink the ACV drink before your meal and take kApex digestive enzymes for digestion support.
- Complete the forms attached by Sunday 6pm.
- Step one -health forms
- Step two -three day food journal if you can do today to Sunday for your typical eating schedule for a weekday and weekend (be honest) with symptoms after you eat
- Step three- “NAQ” takes the longest but the most important for Nutritional Therapy to help find the root cause to your symptoms (we all have something!) and contributors to your “METABOLIC CHAOS” we look for in the FDN Practitioner investigation health coaching program.
- Step four- graph your total points from each section of the NAQ form and draw line to connect dots (scan copy to me)
- Step five- Metabolic typing questions to determine your type then let me know results
- Reading assignment: checklist to review of toxins in your home and office

- Focus this week on more of a liquid fast in your eight hours time eating window.
- Tuesday and maybe Thursday can be a total liquid bone broth gut healing fast: plan ahead and be organized!
- Drink 3-6 cups of the organic bone broth with MCT Oils or Grass Fed Butter (plus truffle sea salt!): heat on stove and put in big thermos to sip through day as tea or soup
- Liver detox tea (Yogi brand or other)
- Apple Cider Vinegar detox drink
- Clean water (lemon and sea salt in morning)
- Green vegetable juice (no fruit) if make it or buy it fresh
- Dr. Axe Keto Feast Shake (Ancient Nutrition) at stores or buy here for Keto Feast Bone Broth Protein Shake
- Weight in by Monday morning and take measurements (waist-belly button circumference and hips).
